Projector Screen Paint

Thursday, 20 October 2011 23:26 Written by Projector Screen Blog

Yes, you heard me correctly; there is such a thing as projector screen paint.

This special concoction of reflective paint comes from various manufacturers with various gain ratings. I have personally seen both the basic matte finish as well as paint geared for 3D projection. While the matte finish (although not applied very well to the wall) had reflective properties similar to a regular ‘ol matte white projector screen. When the projector screen paint designed for 3D was applied, a tremendous increase in reflectivity was immediately apparent. While we were not testing with a 3D projector, this paint seemed to be a great option in a room with a lot of ambient light.

You now can have as large a screen as your wall will allow.
